Ah-Mah’s Dumplings
Ah-Ma’s takes the light and delicate traditions of home-cooked Cantonese cuisine, which brings emphasis to the freshness and taste of the primary ingredients, to bring delicious wholesome, made from scratch dim sum to the masses. We don’t use artificial flavour enhancers or colourings and instead work with the best local producers, using free-range or organic produce. We accompany our dim sum with vibrant salads, zingy pickles and punchy sauces to create exciting dishes full of flavour.
Alp Mac
There’s a new breed of macaroni and cheese on the street food scene. Our time working in the Alps showed us that there is no such thing as too much cheese and because of this we use a four-cheese blend to make our grilled macaroni and cheese. The only thing that tastes better than macaroni cheese is grilled macaroni cheese.
Buckland Burgers
Buckland Burgers is a street food outlet serving the finest gourmet burgers in the south west. Venison, lamb, and halloumi are among a wide selection of burgers to choose from, all of which come with home-made sauces, mayos and chutneys.
Ellises Farm Field Kitchen
Gloucester Old Spot pork flatbreads and burgers cooked over a wood fire, all from our home reared meat. What makes our pork taste so good is that our traditional rare breed Gloucester Old Spot pigs born here on the farm spend all of their lives outdoors rooting around under the oak trees developing a truly unforgettable flavour and delicious crackling. Our sausages and cured meats are produced without preservatives, nitrates or additives.
Field to Fire
Our delicious thin and crispy authentic pizzas with a Somerset twist are made using homemade dough, sauces and the very best locally sourced ingredients, including award winning Westcombe Dairy cheddar curds. We keep the emphasis on simplicity, authenticity and quality of ingredients.
Grate
Posh cheese toasties. Our menus change with the seasons, always with artisan Somerset cheese and other local produce at their core.
Murray May’s
Inspired by the streets of Istanbul, Murray May’s flavoursome kebabs are grilled over charcoal on their Mangal grill and stuffed into fluffy pittas with home-made sauces and salads. Served from their bright blue Mercedes food truck.
Nook
Hawaiian poke bowls, cold pressed juices. Nook is an Aussie influenced café that gives a lovely nod to the wonderful cafés in coastal Australia. Our produce is totally gluten and dairy free, with heaps of options for plant-based and vegan lifestyles.
Omaggi
Omaggi serves freshly-filled, authentic, hand-crafted cannoli in a range of flavours. Our signature cannoli recipe is the result of time spent travelling around Sicily to research and learn traditional techniques, months of kitchen development, countless taste tests, and a passion for sourcing the best possible ingredients from both here in Somerset and Sicily.
Smokehouse on the hill
We are a small local firm that specialise in interesting smoked food, including smoked pulled pork and pulled chicken rolls, plus vegetarian options.

The Crumpeteers
We are The Crumpeteers. We work out of Betsy, our beloved eighties horse trailer, who has been adapted to serve tea, coffee and mighty fine crumpets. Gem and I have a passion for baking and we serve our own cakes as an alternative treat. We are all about appreciating vintage, while keeping up with the modern world.
