Ah-Ma’s Dumplings

Ah-Ma’s takes the light and delicate traditions of home-cooked Cantonese cuisine, which brings emphasis to the freshness and taste of the primary ingredients, to bring delicious wholesome, made from scratch dim sum to the masses. We don’t use artificial flavour enhancers or colourings and instead work with the best local producers, using free-range or organic produce. We accompany our dim sum with vibrant salads, zingy pickles and punchy sauces to create exciting dishes full of flavour.

Alp Mac

There’s a new breed of macaroni and cheese on the street food scene. Our time working in the Alps showed us that there is no such thing as too much cheese and because of this we use a four-cheese blend to make our grilled macaroni and cheese. The only thing that tastes better than macaroni cheese is grilled macaroni cheese.

Ascione Wood Fired Pizza

Neapolitan pizza.

Bo Bom Gelato

Our artisan Italian gelato made from fresh ingredients in small batches every day in a wide variety of seasonal flavours (all gluten free and half of them dairy free).

Buckland Burgers

Buckland Burgers is a street food outlet serving the finest gourmet burgers in the south west. Venison, lamb, and halloumi are among a wide selection of burgers to choose from, all of which come with home-made sauces, mayos and chutneys.

Ellises Farm Field Kitchen

Harrissa pork flatbreads and pastrami burgers from our own farmed meats. What makes our pork taste so good is that our traditional rare breed Gloucester Old Spot pigs born here on the farm spend all of their lives outdoors rooting around under the oak trees developing a truly unforgettable flavour and delicious crackling. Our sausages and cured meats are produced without preservatives, nitrates or additives.

We also serve boneless chicken tenders with all the above delicious bits, and crispy sweet potato fries.
