Bottle-conditioned ales produced in our nano-brewery on the edge of Exmoor. This method of production means they have smoother texture, more complex flavours, longer shelf life and will evolve in the bottle. All of our beers are vegan friendly.

I’m Oliver Dowding and I run my own business producing apple juices, ciders and apple cider vinegar. These are all made from apples on my own farm or from surplus local apples that wouldn’t otherwise be harvested.

Fenny Castle Vineyard is situated right on the edge of the Somerset Levels in the tiny village of Worth, close to Wells. We planted the first parcel of Bacchus vines in 2011 and the main vineyard of Ortega and Pinot Noir the following year. We now have a range of multi-award winning wines for sale. Our sparkling wines are 100% Pinot Noir and the Gold Medal 2015 Blanc de Noir is showing well.

Griffin Spirit Company produces vodkas, gins and rums using traditional copper pot stills in their small batch artisan distillery in Somerset. We love Great Britain and source local produce as much as we can. Our very own home grown limes are one of our favourite botanicals and heavily influence our Luxury London Dry Gin, which is a subtle twist on the original. Mint, kaffir Lime leaves and chamomile are added, making up the 18 botanicals that makes our gin so unique.

A small, family-run eco-friendly vineyard in the Somerset countryside. Old vines, red West Country soil, dry white wines that have been winning international awards for 25 years.

Perch Hill Vineyard is situated on the southern slopes of the Mendip Hills and is run as a family business. Covering more than a hectare, the vineyard was first planted with 1000 vines in 2013, followed by a further 2000 vines in 2014. Our main vines are Chardonnay, which produce fruit with excellent acidity. We also have a smaller number of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier vines, and are running trials of Sauvignon Blanc, Regent and Ortega.

There have been many changes since Gordon Rich started pressing cider apples at Mill Farm, although essentially the production of the juice is still traditional. We are a family run business producing traditional farmhouse cider and farm pressed apple juice, with locally harvested Somerset apples.

A small family run vineyard in the Cotswolds. We make beautiful crisp dry white wine, and delicious sparkling wine, that we are really proud of. We have four grape varieties in the vineyard: Siegerrebe, Phoenix, Orion and Solaris.

Inspired by a Royal Bengal Tiger once exhibited at the Shroton Fair in 1767, our craft gin pays homage to the fair itself, a piece of Dorset heritage for over 700 years which has since passed out of collective memory.

Award-winning Spirit of Glastonbury Somerset dry gin. Here at Somerset Craft Distillery we are passionate about our gin. We use the finest botanicals from trusted farmers from around the world and wherever possible the UK. Our apples are grown in Somerset’s traditional orchards and the water we use to cut the gin is drawn from deep beneath the mystical Glastonbury Tor.

Our unique milk vodka and dry milk gin is handcrafted in the heart of Somerset, using Glastonbury spring water infused with handpicked organic botanicals, fresh from local farmers and award winning Wyke Farms. Distilled in copper to give a distinctively smooth taste.

Our range of London Dry Gin is created using locally grown and sourced botanicals from family businesses. Our award-winning London Dry Gin signature botanical is locally grown watercress from organic beds 5 miles from our distillery and lavender from a local family farm in Wiltshire. All our gin is made by us, two sisters, in Frome, Somerset in our bespoke copper 50 litre still called Storm.

We are The Crumpeteers. We work out of Betsy, our beloved eighties horse trailer, who has been adapted to serve tea, coffee and mighty fine crumpets. Gem and I have a passion for baking and we serve our own cakes as an alternative treat. We are all about appreciating vintage, while keeping up with the modern world.

We brew unique beers throughout the year to reflect the varying seasons. It has been naturally hand crafted since 2013. Our recipes contain only the finest ingredients and no additives or finings are used in production. It is also unfiltered so all the flavour and goodness remains in the beer.

Fresh bottled cocktails, home-made in Devon. A range of 18 cocktails available in 20cl and 50cl spanning the classics, our own innovations and seasonal limited editions. We are also able to offer these by the glass to enjoy on the day.

We created the multi-award winning Viper Gin in our artisan distillery in Cerne Abbas, Dorset. We also have a range of gin jams and marmalades as well as branded glassware, which, together with our gin, make amazing gifts.

Based in the heart of Somerset’s Mendip Hills, we are a family business making delicious cider from heritage cider apples that we press ourselves. Our ciders are very drinkable, blended to be perfectly balanced whether it’s still or sparkling, dry, medium or sweet.

Yonder is a modern farmhouse brewery, based in the Mendip Hills of Somerset. We brew beers inspired by our passion for three things: foraging, flavour and fermentation.
