Younger visitors to the festival had plenty to keep them busy on the day, as well as some kiddie-sized street food.
Activities included making seed bombs, an interactive foodie quiz and a colouring competition.
The Children’s Zone was supported by PTAs from primary schools across Wells and its outlying villages: Stoberry Park, Horrington, St Joseph and St Theresa, Wookey and St Cuthbert’s.
There were also Fun Kitchen cookery workshops and a Children’s Trail.
