Batch Farm Cheesemakers

For over 50 years the Gould family have made award winning traditional farmhouse cheddar cheese and butter on their family farm using milk from their own cows.

Bath Culture House

We hand-make vegan, artisan food and drink in our hideout in the Mendips, Somerset. We produce award-winning vegan chease, kombucha, kimchi, beet kvass and sauerkraut, empowering you to nourish your digestive system through the power of delicious, fermented food and drink.

Bath Harvest Rapeseed Oil

Bath Harvest rapeseed oil is grown, pressed and bottled on our family farm in Wilmington, Bath. Our award winning original and infused oil is smooth and nutty, perfect for cooking.

Bath Soft Cheese

We take a traditional approach both to how we raise and graze our small herd of 160 mainly Holstein Friesian cows and to our artisan, handmade, hands-on cheesemaking. We are entirely organic and are registered with Organic Farmers and Growers. Around 60% of our milk is turned into cheese in our state-of-the-art cheese facility, while the rest goes to another cheesemaker who uses it to make organic cheddar or to another producer who makes our delicious ice cream.

Billies & Tong

Billies & Tong, based in Wells, makes and sells delicious biltong and droewors. So what are both? Biltong is a form of dried, cured meat that originates from South African countries. Using delicious local beef, we offer a fantastic choice of flavours that include original, garlic, chilli and just recently salt and pepper (msg-free). We also offer chilli bites, original snapsticks and our very popular sweet chilli bacon bites. Droewors (droe wors or drywors) is an Afrikaans word that directly translates to ‘dry sausage’. It is a Southern African snack food based on the traditional, coriander-seed spiced boerewors sausage. Both biltong and droewors are high in protein and low in carbs. Having lived on a farm in Africa, owner Gerry offers the ultimate authentic food experience.

We’re beekeepers and honey producers with hives in Somerset and London. As well as our own honey we’ve sourced an ever growing range of the most delicious British varieties.

Cary Orchard Preserves

Our chutneys, jams, jellies and syrups are hand-made in small batches from Somerset fruit and vegetables, most of which we grow ourselves. We are especially keen on time-honoured English fruits that have gone quiet in recent years, like medlar, quince and damson, and on traditional kitchen garden staples, like runner beans and rhubarb.

Easy Bean

At Easy Bean we love pulses, they’re one of nature’s healthiest foods. Our Great Taste award-winning crackers and crispbread are handmade in small batches at our Somerset bakery using protein packed pulse flours and 100% natural ingredients. Gluten free ranges suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ebb Tides

Edible seaweeds sustainably hand harvested from Devon’s south coast. We think seaweeds are pretty amazing. Eaten by coastal people since ancient times and part of the daily diet in Asia for centuries – for good reason. Seaweeds are wholesome, delicious and a great alternative to salt.

Farm Girl Sausages

Hand-made sausages sold raw for customers to enjoy at home. All our meat and vegan products are gluten-free and only contain natural ingredients. Our award-winning sausages and burgers only contain meat and seasonings, no fillers, bread or rusk. We believe in a more natural approach to food producing. We also believe in supporting our British farmers, by using locally sourced meat.

Feltham’s Farm

Feltham’s Farm is an organic, multi-award winning cheesemaker by Templecombe in Somerset. Our first cheese, Renegade Monk, has won many awards and in July 2020 beat 300 cheeses to be named Best British Cheese at the Virtual Cheese Awards. It is an organic Somerset version of a French Epoisse. We also make a second washed-rind cheese called Rebel Nun and a fresh queso fresco cheese, La Fresca Margarita, which won Best British Cheese at the Virtual Cheese Awards in 2021.

Fruit Bodhi Organics

Oyster mushroom grow kits, dried oyster mushrooms and oyster mushroom seasoning, plus medicinal mushroom tinctures. Fruit Bodhi Organics is a local, Somerset based farm growing and nurturing mushrooms from spore to fork in an eco-friendly and sustainable manner.

Funky Cool Bananas

We are a hand rolled ice cream company. We use a liquid ice cream base and have a variety of fresh fruit and toppings which we add, whether it be chopping in a fresh strawberry or a mint cream chocolate. Our ice cream is then ‘cooked’ on the two large ice pans, then spread out and rolled into neat rolls, then finished with your chosen toppings. We offer a vegan/dairy free ice cream.

Fussels Fine Foods

Fussels are a multi award-winning producer of farm fresh extra virgin rapeseed oil in Somerset. Our oil is the heart of all our fantastic flavoured oils, dressings, mayonnaises and vinaigrettes. Half the saturated fat of other oils, 10 x the essential fatty acid Omega 3 and cooks to a higher temperature, making it a more versatile oil for cooking, baking, stir frying, making dressings and drizzling.

Gilbert & Swayne

Gilbert & Swayne was created by Jane Swayne in 2013 and is based in a converted barn, overlooking Glastonbury Tor, in the village of Baltonsborough, Somerset. Our chocolates are made with fresh cream, fresh herbs, spices and both Fairtrade and single origin, organic chocolate. There’s also a vegan collection made with organic coconut oil.

As well as our traditional style jams, chutneys and marmalades, we produce a range of craft preserves and sauces ranging across several categories from hot sauce to mustard.

Harth Chocolate

Handmade in small batches in our workshop on the edge of Bath, we make bars, chocolates and hot chocolate that taste delicious and do no harm. We exclusively use organically certified cocoa, sugar and natural ingredients and all of our packaging is plastic free, recyclable, reusable or compostable.

Homewood Cheeses

Based in Ubley in the beautiful Chew Valley, just south of Bristol, we make our cheeses by hand with ewes milk from two Somerset flocks. Our range of cheeses include our Fresh Ewes Cheese (curd), Halloumi, Ricotta, Pickled Ewes Cheese (feta-style) and a family of washed curd cheeses including Old Demdike.

Here at Kimbers’ Farm Shop we sell the very best meat and local produce, ensuring our customers get the highest quality possible. Our family have been farming the same land for over 300 years and run a mixed stock farm, with welfare being our top priority.

The Lievito bakers work through the night in our artisan bakery based in a small village in Somerset. Our mission from day one has been to produce breads and pastries that we would be proud to have at our table. We hand shape and slow prove our sourdoughs for a minimum of 18 hours to give that open crumb and distant flavour of a true sourdough.

Little Jack Horner’s

We make really good sausage rolls. 100% of our outdoor-reared, free-range pork and chicken comes from local high welfare small-holdings and farms in East Somerset and North Dorset. Our pastry is a rough shortcrust – no nonsense, just flour, excellent local butter, salt and water.


West Country honey straight from the hive, unblended and unpasteurised, plus associated bee products. At Louisebees it’s all about the bees. They kindly produce honey and wax for us. We make sure we look after them in return.

Mere Trout

Cold smoked trout, hot smoked trout and terrines. As well as being hatched and reared in the chalk stream waters of our own farm, we smoke the fish ourselves directly by the pond – so quality and freshness are always consistently the best.

Nuts about Cinnamon

We are a small family run business offering a range of deliciously roasted cinnamon glazed nuts, including almonds, pecans, cashews, hazelnuts and peanuts. Our nuts are cooked in the traditional German style using an authentic nut roaster with cinnamon, sugar and vanilla essence, making them gluten free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Nutts Scotch Eggs

Scotch eggs and a selection of savoury pies and quiches. Our Scotch eggs are produced in different flavours using free range eggs and local ingredients. Our range includes the finest Cumberland sausage and creations using smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill.

Pinnacle Icing

Here at Pinnacle Icing I specialise in decorated biscuits, all royal iced by hand and home-made. The biscuits come in four flavours – vanilla, chocolate, lemon and ginger. They are all produced from scratch, using free range, fair trade and British ingredients wherever possible.

Plum Duff & Stuff

We make and sell Christmas puddings to suit most dietary needs – traditional, gluten free, vegan, vegan gluten free and kits suitable for diabetics – they are all vegetarian and dairy free. We also produce traditional Seville orange marmalade, fruit cheeses, jams, jellies, chutneys, honey and beeswax.

Quantock Steamers

We produce steamed sponge puddings and meat suet puddings. All puddings are made individually with love using the finest quality local ingredients.

Using high quality milk that is sourced directly from the farm, and as local as possible, Somerset Cheese Company specialises in adapting traditional style recipes to produce characterful, naturally rinded cheeses from sheep, goat, buffalo and cows milk.

South Sun Biltong

Biltong is a traditional South African treat, using fresh cuts of beef which are cured in spices and then hung in an air drying cabinet for two weeks. This creates a delicious and versatile product which can be used as a snack or garnished on top of your favourite foods. We use Somerset beef and natural herbs and spices and no artificial additives.

Stanbury Wild Game

Wild seasonal game, including venison, wild boar, pheasant and partridge. We also make and sell our own multi award winning game pies and game paté.

Step and Stone

Step and Stone makes handmade artisan lavosh flatbreads with a social purpose. We work with young people with learning disabilities, helping to develop their skills and confidence so they can eventually move into employment. We’re a community interest company, so all our profits are ploughed straight back into the bakery.

The Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight is a third-generation brand with a unique range of garlic products – all made in the UK. We offer an exciting array of award winning garlicky goods. From fresh, smoked, black garlic and seed bulbs, to our extensive and award winning ambient collection of mayonnaises, garlicky chutneys and pickles, which even includes Garlic Beer and Garlic Vodka.

The Happy Forager

The Happy Forager offers a wide selection of cultivated and wild edible mushrooms, all cultivated at our premises or foraged from privately owned woodland in Somerset.

The Real Cure

Based in Dorset, The Real Cure uses traditional processes including curing, smoking and air drying to create our range of salami, chorizo and air dried hams. We use free range British pork, wild British venison and grass fed British beef to produce our multi-award winning British charcuterie.

Utta Nutta

Utta Nutta will change the way you feel about peanut butter. It is made slowly from freshly roasted peanuts and Himalayan salt. Milled whilst still warm, the process retains the smoky salted caramel flavours without the need for added sugar or oil. The result is a surprising munch in your mouth.

White Lake Cheese

A multiple award-winning artisan cheesemaker. We have many different cheeses, all made by hand using milk from our own goat herd at Bagborough Farm, Somerset. We also make cheeses using organic Guernsey cow’s milk from Bruton, along with ewe’s milk sourced from small independent farms.

Wild Flour Cake Company

Founded in 2015, the Wild Flour Cake Company has risen from Jessica’s kitchen table to a custom-made bakery on a rural farm just outside of Bath. Specialising in cakes which taste as good as they look. Gluten free and vegan options.

Wookey Farm

Wookey Farm is a small family-run dairy goat farm. All our goat’s milk is sold as cheese, bottled milk, yoghurt and cream. We also sell goat meat, lamb and pork from our outdoor reared animals. Our lovely British Toggenburg goats produce deliciously creamy milk which is ideal for cheese making. We believe in ethical farming so the goats go outside in summer (and whenever the weather is dry) and live in cosy, straw filled barns in the winter.
