Barber’s Cheesemakers

Our story started six generations ago, in 1833, when Daniel Barber began making cheddar on Maryland Farm. Now, as the world’s oldest surviving cheddar-makers, we’re still here, making award-winning traditional cheddar.


Batch Farm Cheesemakers

For over 50 years the Gould family have made award winning traditional farmhouse cheddar cheese and butter on their family farm using milk from their own cows.


Bath Culture House

We hand-make vegan, artisan food and drink in our hideout in the Mendips, Somerset. We produce award-winning vegan chease, kombucha, kimchi, beet kvass and sauerkraut, empowering you to nourish your digestive system through the power of delicious, fermented food and drink.


Bath Harvest Rapeseed Oil

Bath Harvest rapeseed oil is grown, pressed and bottled on our family farm in Wilmington, Bath. Our award winning original and infused oil is smooth and nutty, perfect for cooking.


Bath Soft Cheese

We take a traditional approach both to how we raise and graze our small herd of 160 mainly Holstein Friesian cows and to our artisan, handmade, hands-on cheesemaking. We are entirely organic and are registered with Organic Farmers and Growers. Around 60% of our milk is turned into cheese in our state-of-the-art cheese facility, while the rest goes to another cheesemaker who uses it to make organic cheddar or to another producer who makes our delicious ice cream.

Caribbean Store

Hand crafted, artisan goods from the Caribbean, including chocolate, coconut and vanilla rum cakes, Scotch Bonnet pepper sauces, banana and mango ketchups, seasonings, syrups and tropical jams.


Cocoa’s

Chocolate-flavoured bars and a selection of handmade chocolate fudge. We use all the best ingredients, to make our produce as tasty as it can be. Everything is made by hand so every item is as unique as the last.


Creamberry Artisan

Creamberry Artisan is a home-based baking business specialising in award winning free-from products, inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and classic favourites. All our sweet and savoury products are vegan or gluten free, or both, and our menu showcases cuisines from 10 countries.

Dark Matters

Black metal themed vegan dark chocolate brownies, with the main ingredient being Fairtrade 70% dark chocolate. We are a 100% vegan company and palm oil free. Our top secret recipes are developed by us and hand baked in small batches.


Delicious Dauntsey

Award winning jams, chutneys, marmalades and pickles. We’re a small family business backed by traditional, local growers who contribute the finest fresh ingredients to ensure every jar is bursting with flavour. Everything is made at home, where we pick, clean, peel, chop, stir and pot things all year round, including harvesting seasonal fruit and vegetables.


Dickie’s Pies

Dickie’s pies are filled to the brim with quality, local ingredients and are crafted in small batches, ensuring quality and freshness. Our artisan pastry cases are light but rich and are the perfect complement to our fillings. We are delighted to have won several medals at the 2022 British Pie Awards for both our pies and pasties.

Handmade artisan doughnuts with various topping and fillings such as lemon meringue pie, Bueno, Lotus Biscoff and raspberry and pistachio. Some vegan options included.


Ebb Tides

Edible seaweeds sustainably hand harvested from Devon’s south coast. We think seaweeds are pretty amazing. Eaten by coastal people since ancient times and part of the daily diet in Asia for centuries – for good reason. Seaweeds are wholesome, delicious and a great alternative to salt.


Farm Girl Sausages

Hand-made sausages sold raw for customers to enjoy at home. All our meat and vegan products are gluten-free and only contain natural ingredients. Our award-winning sausages and burgers only contain meat and seasonings, no fillers, bread or rusk. We believe in a more natural approach to food producing. We also believe in supporting our British farmers, by using locally sourced meat.


Feltham’s Farm

Feltham’s Farm is an organic, multi-award winning cheesemaker by Templecombe in Somerset. Our first cheese, Renegade Monk, has won many awards and in July 2020 beat 300 cheeses to be named Best British Cheese at the Virtual Cheese Awards. It is an organic Somerset version of a French Epoisse. We also make a second washed-rind cheese called Rebel Nun and a fresh queso fresco cheese, La Fresca Margarita, which won Best British Cheese at the Virtual Cheese Awards in 2021.


Flapjackery

Our luxurious gluten free flapjacks are handmade in Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor, using only British oats, locally sourced West Country ingredients, Fairtrade brown sugar and real butter.


Flo & Frankie’s Fudge

Award-winning handmade fudge and liquorice. We specialise in making original recipe fudge using traditional methods. Our recipe produces a velvety smooth consistency and creamy taste which is rarely seen with modern production.


Freda’s Peanut Butter

Award winning artisanal peanut butter made with deeply roasted high oleic peanuts. The addition of top notch ingredients from around the globe brings you a choice of eight spectacular flavours.


Fruit Bodhi Mushrooms

Oyster mushroom grow kits, dried oyster mushrooms and oyster mushroom seasoning, plus medicinal mushroom tinctures. Fruit Bodhi Organics is a local, Somerset based farm growing and nurturing mushrooms from spore to fork in an eco-friendly and sustainable manner.

Mushroom grow kits and supplements. Health and happiness starts with a good nutritious diet, so my mission is to bring the diverse world of culinary and medicinal fungi a little closer to your door.


Fussels Fine Foods

Fussels produce premium cold pressed rapeseed, which is grown, pressed and bottled on our farm in Rode, Somerset. We sell pure and flavoured cold pressed rapeseed oil and dressings, mayos and vinaigrettes made with the oil. We also sell a few other products like lip balms and biscuits which include our oil as an ingredient. There are also gift boxes and hampers.


G & M Butchers

Homemade sausages, burgers, faggots and meat pies, plus dry cured bacon and home cured hams. G & M Butchers have been trading since 1983 using the finest quality meats.


GingerBeard’s Preserves

As well as our traditional style jams, chutneys and marmalades, we produce a range of craft preserves and sauces ranging across several categories from hot sauce to mustard.

Organic cheddar made in the heart of Somerset. The cows at Godminster Farm enjoy a simple and wholesome life and as a result produce a deliciously creamy milk. Multi award winning, natural, nut based vegan cheese alternatives. We specialise in quality, vegan, gluten and wheat free vegan cheese alternatives. We are a UK vegan business run by vegans and all our products are palm oil free.


Grown Up Marshmallows

Grown Up Marshmallows are gluten, dairy, egg, GMO, palm oil and fat free. Full of fresh organic fruit that we grow ourselves on Exmoor National Park and drizzled with 70% Fair Trade chocolate, our luxury, premier flavoured marshmallows are handmade in small batches with 100% natural ingredients.


Heavenly Hedgerows

Heavenly Hedgerows produces award winning gourmet jellies, jams and liqueurs, mostly from hand-picked local wild plants and berries. The business was borne of a love of foraging for wild food, inspired by a free-range New Zealand childhood and the delights of the West Country’s bountiful seasons.


Hejgro

Bringing you foraged preserves made with local natural ingredients from Somerset woods and meadows. Minimally processed and no refined sugar. All our food is vegan and gluten free. We are a small family run business based in Frome, Somerset.


Hettie Hen

Award-winning hand-made scotch eggs of the runny yolk variety, made using free range eggs from down the road and free range pork from local farms.


Homewood Cheeses

Based in Ubley in the beautiful Chew Valley, just south of Bristol, we make our cheeses by hand with ewes milk from two Somerset flocks. Our range of cheeses include our Fresh Ewes Cheese (curd), Halloumi, Ricotta, Pickled Ewes Cheese (feta-style) and a family of washed curd cheeses including Old Demdike.


India in a Jar

We feature artisan Indian food with a dash of Devon, including a wide selection of 100% plant-based vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, additive free, sugar free, chemical free, Indian recipe mixes (cooking pastes and curry powder blends) with cooking videos, plus pickles, chutneys, relishes, accompaniments, dips, marinades, rubs, glazes and coaters.


Janifa’s Kitchen

Having previously taught vegan cuisine for 20 years at Bath’s Demuths Cookery School, Janifa will be serving up some of her favourite seasonal dishes. Colourful, beautiful and downright delicious. Once you’ve tried Janifa’s food, you will definitely be back for more.


JJ’s African Kitchen (Kumbites)

We specialise in cooking African and Caribbean food, using our own products which we produce under our company name Kumbites African Vegan Sauces, all inspired by our grandma ‘JJ’.

Potted herbs and edibles for the kitchen, peat and pesticide free.


Lievito Bakery

The Lievito bakers work through the night in our artisan bakery based in a small village in Somerset. Our mission from day one has been to produce breads and pastries that we would be proud to have at our table. We hand shape and slow prove our sourdoughs for a minimum of 18 hours to give that open crumb and distant flavour of a true sourdough.


Little Jack Horner’s

We make really good sausage rolls. 100% of our outdoor-reared, free-range pork and chicken comes from local high welfare small-holdings and farms in East Somerset and North Dorset. Our pastry is a rough shortcrust – no nonsense, just flour, excellent local butter, salt and water.


Louisebees

West Country honey straight from the hive, unblended and unpasteurised, plus associated bee products. At Louisebees it’s all about the bees. They kindly produce honey and wax for us. We make sure we look after them in return.


Love Coffee

Locally roasted coffee, whole beans or ground, by Cawardine Coffee.


Mere Trout

Cold smoked trout, hot smoked trout and terrines. As well as being hatched and reared in the chalk stream waters of our own farm, we smoke the fish ourselves directly by the pond – so quality and freshness are always consistently the best.


Moist

High grade artisan hummus hand made in small batches with big flavours, quality ingredients and inventive recipes. All hummus is vegan, gluten-free and free from artificial flavours and preservatives.


Nuts about Cinnamon

We are a small family run business offering a range of deliciously roasted cinnamon glazed nuts, including almonds, pecans, cashews, hazelnuts and peanuts. Our nuts are cooked in the traditional German style using an authentic nut roaster with cinnamon, sugar and vanilla essence, making them gluten free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.


Nutts Scotch Eggs

Scotch eggs and a selection of savoury pies and quiches. Our Scotch eggs are produced in different flavours using free range eggs and local ingredients. Our range includes the finest Cumberland sausage and creations using smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill.


Paletas

Mexican ice lollies. Untraditional flavours handmade in the traditional way with whole fresh fruit and a bit of sugar. Rich and creamy Paletas made with fresh cream and whole milk. Vegetarian and gluten free and a variety of vegan flavours.


Pinnacle Icing

I specialise in decorated biscuits, all royal iced by hand and home-made, plus mini brandy-soaked iced Christmas cakes. The biscuits come in four flavours – vanilla, chocolate, lemon and ginger. They are all produced from scratch, using free range, fair trade and British ingredients wherever possible.


Plenty Pies

Award winning gourmet savoury pies, made with a shortcrust pastry shell and lid, and a range of unique fillings. We use only natural flavourings and all our fillings are prepared by hand.


Plum Duff & Stuff

We make and sell Christmas puddings to suit most dietary needs – traditional, gluten free, vegan, vegan gluten free and kits suitable for diabetics – they are all vegetarian and dairy free. We also produce traditional marmalades, chutneys and mincemeat.


Purbeck Ice Cream

Award winning real dairy ice creams, fruit sorbets and plant based vegan range. Made on our farm in Dorset with love. Gluten, nut and egg free.

Artisan Medjool dates enrobed in hand tempered Belgian chocolate and infused with our specially created fillings. Rutab was founded by Ross and Bader and inspired by our travels across the Middle East. Our aim is to bring you the finest Medjool dates from the Jordan Valley but with a twist! We make salamis and cured meats with a twist, using local cider, cheeses and meat. At Somerset Charcuterie we believe in embracing traditional Italian and Spanish methods combined with some of the fantastic flavours and rich food culture of the West Country.


Somerset Cheese Company

Using high quality milk that is sourced directly from the farm, and as local as possible, Somerset Cheese Company specialises in adapting traditional style recipes to produce characterful, naturally rinded cheeses from sheep, goat, buffalo and cows milk.


Somerset Chocolate Co.

Artisan chocolate, handmade in beautiful Somerset. The chocolate that we use is from the finest Callebaut chocolate made from beans sourced directly from farmer cooperatives in Ivory Coast, Ghana and Ecuador through Cocoa Horizons and is 100% sustainable.


South Sun Biltong

Biltong is a traditional South African treat, using fresh cuts of beef which are cured in spices and then hung in an air drying cabinet for two weeks. This creates a delicious and versatile product which can be used as a snack or garnished on top of your favourite foods. We use Somerset beef and natural herbs and spices and no artificial additives.


Stanbury Wild Game

Wild seasonal game, including venison, wild boar, pheasant and partridge. We also make and sell our own multi award winning game pies and game paté.


Step and Stone

Step and Stone makes handmade artisan lavosh, biscotti and cheese biscuits with a social purpose. We work with young people with learning disabilities, helping to develop their skills and confidence so they can eventually move into employment. We’re a community interest company, so all our profits are ploughed straight back into the bakery.


Stony Groves

Stony Groves specialises in delicious, luxury, gourmet products, including Kampot peppercorns, delicious spice blends and ancient Himalayan rock salt.


Sumikichi Miso

Microbatch fresh miso paste and fresh koji products, all made in Somerset. My miso is made with four simple, yet beautiful, locally sourced organic ingredients: beans, Welsh sea salt, Scottish spring water, and koji.


Sunbird Kitchen

Artisanal granola blends, overnight oat mixes and granola bars. My granolas and overnight oats use organic and gluten free oats, free from harmful pesticides. Sunbird products are refined sugar free, my recipes use either raw honey, Canadian maple syrup or organic coconut sugar, as well as fruits for natural sweetness. All products are vegan apart from the cashew and almond granola, which contains the very special honey I buy direct from the beekeeper.

Our passion is growing chilli plants designed for your windowsill, ranging from the beautiful Apache to the ever popular Scotch Bonnet. Our stunning range of chilli plants are all grown from seed and chosen for taste, flavour and beauty.


The Exmoor Feasting Company

Handmade mega sausage rolls, quiches, footlong twists, buns and more. High quality artisan baked produce from the heart of Exmoor. Exmoor Feasting is run by husband and wife team Holly and Andy. They’re passionate about good, honest food (borne out by Holly’s ever growing collection of cookery books) and have a background in hospitality and catering.


The Fudge Cottage

The Fudge Cottage is a small business owned by husband and wife team, Nick & Lorraine Moss. They have both spent many years in the confectionery industry. They sell an extensive range of the finest handmade fudge and nougat as well as other confectionery, at some of the UK’s most prestigious public events.


The Garlic Farm

The Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight is a third-generation brand with a unique range of garlic products – all made in the UK. We offer an exciting array of award winning garlicky goods. From fresh, smoked, black garlic and seed bulbs, to our extensive and award winning ambient collection of mayonnaises, garlicky chutneys and pickles, which even includes Garlic Beer and Garlic Vodka.


The Noble Bee

We produce exceptional quality, delicious, award winning, single origin, raw, New Forest Honey from specially located apiaries in wild areas and dedicated nature reserves. We also produce superb quality candles, wraps and cosmetics using our own beeswax.


The Pastry Bench

Handmade cruffins, kouign amann, buns, choux buns and macarons. The Pastry Bench is a place where I can share my passion for luxury laminated pastries and treats. Our collection of bakes not only highlights handcrafted skill, but showcases my love for flavour, texture and the great produce found here in the West Country.


The Real Cure

Based in Dorset, The Real Cure uses traditional processes including curing, smoking and air drying to create our range of salami, chorizo and air dried hams. We use free range British pork, wild British venison and grass fed British beef to produce our multi-award winning British charcuterie.


The Slow Vinegar Company

We make our vinegars following an age old process where natural produce is transformed into a complex tasting wine vinegar where sweet and sour is in perfect balance. We forage, gather and grow our seasonal ingredients and double ferment. Our wine vinegars are unpasteurised and contain the mother.


The Somerset Smokehouse

Matt and Annabelle live on a beautiful farm near Glastonbury creating award winning scotch eggs and pies using their finest pork and free range eggs.

An amazing array of chilli products made on the farm using our own fresh chillies, including sauces, oils, pickles, mustards and chilli seasonings.

Hi folks, I’m Tim. I make award winning fresh fruit marmalades and jellies with chilli on the finish. A range of fruit flavours and heat strengths to suit every palette. Hand crafted in small batches in Somerset. Vegan friendly, gluten free.


Uncle Paul’s Chilli Charity

A range of chilli sauces, jams and preserves with produce from our charity farm. Uncle Paul’s Chilli Charity provides a unique environment where young people and adults can transform their lives through personal, educational and social development.


Weymouth 51

Our handcrafted artisan vegan hot chilli sauces and condiments are made with love in Dorset, using only the best ingredients. We use over 51 varieties of chilli and naturally ferment our sauces to create the most delicious and fiery flavours.


White Horse Honey

Local honey and hive products. Based in Wiltshire, we produce honey from a number of apiaries spread across four counties. Our bees produce a wonderful selection of honey that is as raw as it comes and not pressure filtered or pasteurised. We extract by spinning the combs and then bottling the honey based on the apiary it originates from.


White Lake Cheese

We make a large variety of cheeses, all by hand. We use the milk from our own goat herd for the majority of our cheeses. We also make cheese using local organic Guernsey cow’s milk, along with sheep’s milk. We have won numerous awards for our cheeses, including Best Cheese Stall at the Wells Food Festival.


Wookey Farm

Wookey Farm is a small family-run dairy goat farm. All our goat’s milk is sold as cheese, bottled milk, yoghurt and cream. We also sell goat meat, lamb and pork from our outdoor reared animals. Our lovely British Toggenburg goats produce deliciously creamy milk which is ideal for cheese making. We believe in ethical farming so the goats go outside in summer (and whenever the weather is dry) and live in cosy, straw filled barns in the winter.
