Bath Culture House

Bath Harvest Rapeseed Oil
Bath Harvest rapeseed oil is grown, pressed and bottled on our family farm in Wilmington, Bath. Our award winning original and infused oil is smooth and nutty, perfect for cooking.
Bath Soft Cheese
We take a traditional approach both to how we raise and graze our small herd of 160 mainly Holstein Friesian cows and to our artisan, handmade, hands-on cheesemaking. We are entirely organic and are registered with Organic Farmers and Growers. Around 60% of our milk is turned into cheese in our state-of-the-art cheese facility, while the rest goes to another cheesemaker who uses it to make organic cheddar or to another producer who makes our delicious ice cream.
Billies & Tong
Billies & Tong, based in Wells, makes and sells delicious biltong and droewors. Biltong is a form of dried, cured meat that originates from South African countries. Using delicious local beef, we offer a fantastic choice of flavours that include original, garlic, chilli and just recently salt and pepper (msg-free). We also offer chilli bites, original snapsticks and our very popular sweet chilli bacon bites. Droewors (droe wors or drywors) is an Afrikaans word that directly translates to ‘dry sausage’. It is a Southern African snack food based on the traditional, coriander-seed spiced boerewors sausage. Both biltong and droewors are high in protein and low in carbs. Having lived on a farm in Africa, owner Gerry offers the ultimate authentic food experience.
BioAqua Farm
Local, sustainable and aquaponic organic grown food, including fish fillet panini, breaded fish, salad and tatas, fish fillets, chilli sauce, spicy burger sauce, fresh pesto and other items with our own produce grown on our farm.
Black Bee Honey
Wide variety of 100% British, un-blended honey. We’re beekeepers and honey producers with hives in Somerset and London. As well as our own honey we’ve sourced an ever growing range of the most delicious British varieties.
Bo Bom Gelato
Freshly made 100% natural Italian gelato in a selection of seasonal flavours. All the gelato is hand made in small batches every day. It is all gluten free and there are a wide variety of dairy free and vegan flavours.
Cherry Tree Preserves
Award-winning chutneys, jams, marmalades, curds, cheese, patés, dressings and crackers. All our products are hand cooked in small batches, using only the best ingredients and following traditional recipes.
Creamberry Artisan
Homemade free-from sweet and savoury bakes, mostly Mediterranean cuisine and some authentic classics. Currently we have bakes from 10 Mediterranean countries on our menu, including dairy free, gluten free, and vegan.
Dickie’s Pies
Dickie’s pies are filled to the brim with quality, local ingredients and are crafted in small batches, ensuring quality and freshness. Our artisan pastry cases are light but rich and are the perfect complement to our fillings. We are delighted to have won several medals at the 2022 British Pie Awards for both our pies and pasties.

Easy Bean
At Easy Bean we love pulses, they’re one of nature’s healthiest foods. Our Great Taste award-winning crackers and crispbread are handmade in small batches at our Somerset bakery using protein packed pulse flours and 100% natural ingredients. Gluten free ranges suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Ebb Tides
Edible seaweeds sustainably hand harvested from Devon’s south coast. We think seaweeds are pretty amazing. Eaten by coastal people since ancient times and part of the daily diet in Asia for centuries – for good reason. Seaweeds are wholesome, delicious and a great alternative to salt.
Farm Girl Sausages
Hand-made sausages sold raw for customers to enjoy at home. All our meat and vegan products are gluten-free and only contain natural ingredients. Our award-winning sausages and burgers only contain meat and seasonings, no fillers, bread or rusk. We believe in a more natural approach to food producing. We also believe in supporting our British farmers, by using locally sourced meat.
Feltham’s Farm
Feltham’s Farm is an organic, multi-award winning cheesemaker by Templecombe in Somerset. Our first cheese, Renegade Monk, has won many awards and in July 2020 beat 300 cheeses to be named Best British Cheese at the Virtual Cheese Awards. It is an organic Somerset version of a French Epoisse. We also make a second washed-rind cheese called Rebel Nun and a fresh queso fresco cheese, La Fresca Margarita, which won Best British Cheese at the Virtual Cheese Awards in 2021.
Flapjackery
Our luxurious gluten free flapjacks are handmade in Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor, using only British oats, locally sourced West Country ingredients, Fairtrade brown sugar and real butter.
Flo & Frankie’s Fudge
Award-winning handmade fudge and liquorice. We specialise in making original recipe fudge using traditional methods. Our recipe produces a velvety smooth consistency and creamy taste which is rarely seen with modern production.
Forage & Combe
Infused oils, flavoured salts and condiments. Forage & Combe was born from a love of great flavours and foraging. Our journey started in 2022 with our flagship products Wild Garlic Oil and Wild Garlic Salt. In the last year we have continued to test and produce products with different flavourings found in our countryside and near our coast.
Fruit Bodhi Mushrooms
Oyster mushroom grow kits, dried oyster mushrooms and oyster mushroom seasoning, plus medicinal mushroom tinctures. Fruit Bodhi Organics is a local, Somerset based farm growing and nurturing mushrooms from spore to fork in an eco-friendly and sustainable manner.
Fussels Fine Foods
Fussels produce premium cold pressed rapeseed, which is grown, pressed and bottled on our farm in Rode, Somerset. We sell pure and flavoured cold pressed rapeseed oil and dressings, mayos and vinaigrettes made with the oil. We also sell a few other products like lip balms and biscuits which include our oil as an ingredient. There are also gift boxes and hampers.

Gilbert & Swayne
Gilbert & Swayne was created by Jane Swayne in 2013 and is based in a converted barn, overlooking Glastonbury Tor, in the village of Baltonsborough, Somerset. Our chocolates are made with fresh cream, fresh herbs, spices and both Fairtrade and single origin, organic chocolate. There’s also a vegan collection made with organic coconut oil.

Heavenly Hedgerows produces award winning gourmet jellies, jams and liqueurs, mostly from hand-picked local wild plants and berries. The business was borne of a love of foraging for wild food, inspired by a free-range New Zealand childhood and the delights of the West Country’s bountiful seasons.

Homewood Cheeses

Jivana Spices
Fine quality spices, spice blends and dal meal boxes. We carefully select our high-quality spices from around the world, buying in small quantities to ensure optimum freshness and depth of flavour. Our spices are always prepared by hand and, where possible, they are roasted and freshly ground to order.
JJ’s African Kitchen (Kumbites)
We specialise in cooking African and Caribbean food, using our own products which we produce under our company name Kumbites African Vegan Sauces, all inspired by our grandma ‘JJ’.
Lievito Bakery
The Lievito bakers work through the night in our artisan bakery based in a small village in Somerset. Our mission from day one has been to produce breads and pastries that we would be proud to have at our table. We hand shape and slow prove our sourdoughs for a minimum of 18 hours to give that open crumb and distant flavour of a true sourdough.
Little Jack Horner’s
We make really good sausage rolls. 100% of our outdoor-reared, free-range pork and chicken comes from local high welfare small-holdings and farms in East Somerset and North Dorset. Our pastry is a rough shortcrust – no nonsense, just flour, excellent local butter, salt and water.
Louisebees
West Country honey straight from the hive, unblended and unpasteurised, plus associated bee products. At Louisebees it’s all about the bees. They kindly produce honey and wax for us. We make sure we look after them in return.

Mere Trout
Cold smoked trout, hot smoked trout and terrines. As well as being hatched and reared in the chalk stream waters of our own farm, we smoke the fish ourselves directly by the pond – so quality and freshness are always consistently the best.

Greek olives and other Mediterranean delicacies. All our quality olives are sourced from family run farms in the Halkidiki and Kalamata regions of Greece. We strive to create marinades that complement the natural flavour of the halkidiki and kalamata olives, using only the best ingredients to give clean, clear and crisp flavours.
Moist
High grade artisan hummus hand made in small batches with big flavours, quality ingredients and inventive recipes. All hummus is vegan, gluten-free and free from artificial flavours and preservatives.
Nuts about Cinnamon
We are a small family run business offering a range of deliciously roasted cinnamon glazed nuts, including almonds, pecans, cashews, hazelnuts and peanuts. Our nuts are cooked in the traditional German style using an authentic nut roaster with cinnamon, sugar and vanilla essence, making them gluten free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Nutts Scotch Eggs
Scotch eggs and a selection of savoury pies and quiches. Our Scotch eggs are produced in different flavours using free range eggs and local ingredients. Our range includes the finest Cumberland sausage and creations using smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill.

I specialise in decorated biscuits, all royal iced by hand and home-made, plus mini brandy-soaked iced Christmas cakes. The biscuits come in four flavours – vanilla, chocolate, lemon and ginger. Biltong is a traditional South African treat, using fresh cuts of beef which are cured in spices and then hung in an air drying cabinet for two weeks. Step and Stone
Step and Stone makes handmade artisan lavosh flatbreads with a social purpose. We work with young people with learning disabilities, helping to develop their skills and confidence so they can eventually move into employment. White Horse Honey
Local honey and hive products. Based in Wiltshire, we produce honey from a number of apiaries spread across four counties. Our bees produce a wonderful selection of honey that is as raw as it comes and not pressure filtered or pasteurised. We extract by spinning the combs and then bottling the honey based on the apiary it originates from.
White Lake Cheese
We make a large variety of cheeses, all by hand. We use the milk from our own goat herd for the majority of our cheeses. We also make cheese using local organic Guernsey cow’s milk, along with sheep’s milk. We have won numerous awards for our cheeses, including Best Cheese Stall at the Wells Food Festival.
Wookey Farm
Wookey Farm is a small family-run dairy goat farm. All our goat’s milk is sold as cheese, bottled milk, yoghurt and cream. We also sell goat meat, lamb and pork from our outdoor reared animals. Our lovely British Toggenburg goats produce deliciously creamy milk which is ideal for cheese making. We believe in ethical farming so the goats go outside in summer (and whenever the weather is dry) and live in cosy, straw filled barns in the winter.
