Our organic beef is produced on our family beef and dairy Guernsey organic farm 4 miles from Wells in Pilton, Somerset – our farm and produce was strongly featured on Countryfile in February this year. Collectively our organic beef and organic yoghurt have won 42 awards to date and our farm another 7 awards.

Our own independent analysis of our beef and yoghurt proved trace elements are distinctly higher in our organic beef (compared to non-organic) and against other leading yoghurt brands ours is much higher in Omega 3s and other trace elements.

Dosa Tom

Dosa Tom is a vegan, gluten free street food company selling the South Indian staple: Masala Dosa. After travelling in India we fell in love with dosas (it’s said that 40 million dosas are eaten in India every day!) and after 15 years of teaching, Tom decided to take the plunge and leave the classroom to launch Dosa Tom and spread the dosa love in Somerset! A dosa is a fermented rice & lentil pancake filled with a masala potato curry and served with coconut chutney and a delicious green bean poriyal on the side. Nutritious & delicious!

Ellises Farm

We produce mouth watering Gloucester old spot pork, sausages, dry cured bacon and gammon, artisan salamis, chorizo and air dried hams and cured meats from our Gloucester old spot pigs on the Blackdown hills area of outstanding natural beauty here in Devon. Produced and cured in an original old fashioned method.

What makes our pork taste so good is that our traditional rare breed Gloucester old spot pigs spend all of thier lives outdoors rooting around under the oak trees developing a truly unforgetable flavour and delicous crackling. All our pigs are fed G.M. free feeds, which do not contain growth promoters or unnatural additives and are raised to the highest welfare standards.

The meat is hung for a week to ensure the best flavour and then is butchered here on the farm. Our Gloucester old spot sausages and cured meats are produced without preservatives, nitrates or additives.

We marinade and slow smoke the shoulders over wood on the farm for our pulled pork served up in brioche buns with homemade coleslaw and sauces.

Delicious hot Japanese street food cooked fresh on the stall! Having grown up in Japan and now living in Somerset I love using fresh, local meat, fish and vegetables wherever possible to create food and flavours that I loved during my childhood. The focus for my food is simple, honest and exciting. Oh, plus it has got to be tasty! Sweet ginger pork with sticky rice, teriyaki beef baps, chilli miso pork, stir-fried udon noodles, onigiri (steamed rice balls) and green tea cheesecake are just a few examples of what you may find on the menu!

Leckerbissen is a mobile German Deli offering the best of German sausages with Somerset sourced, wholemeal and spelt rolls, salads and sauces. Home made fresh smoothies complement our motto: food has to be nutritious and delicious!

Little Jack Horner’s

Our sausage rolls are the way sausage rolls should be. Various newspapers and magazines have declared them ‘the best sausage rolls we’ve ever tasted’, we’ve won numerous Great Taste awards, and we won ‘Small Business of the Year’ at Mendip Business Awards 2016. We only use the best locally sourced high welfare East Somerset pork and chicken from smallholdings and farms that we know well, everything’s done by hand, and we like to think we have pretty good recipes. Aside from the various events, festivals and shows we frequent, we also home deliver and wholesale our sausage rolls both locally and across the country by courier.
